Scott is a great font of technical knowledge at TotalKare, training and assessing the Company's field engineers in the competencies required to successfully carry out servicing and repairs on-site for clients. As such, Scott is the 'go-to' man for our engineers when they are in need of technical advice and/or support on site. Prior to TotalKare introducing online vehicle lift operator training, Scott was responsible for the delivery of classroom-based training.
When he’s not talking about ball screws and hydraulic cylinders, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and carrying out building work at home, for which he has a great passion.
George joined TotalKare in 2013 when he was just 16 years old as a rebuild engineer. After spending some time as a service contract executive, George can now be found within our factory as factory supervisor, ensuring timely refurbishment, service and dispatch of TotalKare products to our customers across the UK and further afield.
In his spare time George likes to go the gym and is a Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club season ticket holder.
Carl has been at TotalKare since the turn of the century, working the majority of the time in the Parts Department. Carl spends his time between replenishing parts to TotalKare's fleet of field engineers and despatching parts orders to customers.
When not in work Carl enjoys nothing more than a long run or swim. Carl has a passion for road bikes, and also enjoys going out with family and friends for a meal.
Mitch joined the company in 1989 as a radial drill operator, and is approaching 30 years' service. Nowadays Mitch can be found working on customers' mid-life refurbishments or fixing up reconditioned lifts ready for re-sale.
Mitch’s personal hobbies include playing golf and watching movies as well as supporting Aston Villa Football Club.
Gavin joined TotalKare towards the end of 2017 as a rebuild engineer and in his short time with the Company has proven himself to be an asset for the Workshop Team on several fronts.
Having recently become a father, Gavin is learning to juggle a bottle or two whilst spending time with his family, while chances to spend time tinkering under an engine have noticeably decreased!
Warren joined TotalKare in June 2017 as a steam cleaner within the Workshop Team. He is also responsible for overhauling, re-stickering and cleaning lifts, preparing them for despatch.
Outside of work, Warren enjoys watching his beloved Birmingham City Football Club play at St Andrews.
One of the freshest faces to the company, Joe Snipe, joined TotalKare in March 2018 as an Apprentice Factory Engineer after finishing college with A-levels in mathematics, business and accounting.
Joe was introduced to the industry by his father and has not looked back since. He is going from strength to strength, learning the fundamentals of reconstructing lifts, whilst relishing the day to day challenges that the workshop brings. If he isn’t stripping parts from a lift, you can find Joe playing football for Halas Hawks or socialising with friends.
