Sinead Farnan - Service Manager

Sinead joined TotalKare in 2017 as After Sales Supervisor, ensuring the smooth running of the Service Department.  Since leaving school, Sinead has spent her entire career in the transport and logistics industry and has extensive experience in scheduling. She has very much enjoyed becoming part of the team and is excited for the future at TotalKare.

Sinead is quite the disco diva, and when the week is done you'll often find her being the life and soul of a party or two!

Kelly Hart

Kelly Hart - After Sales Team Leader

Kelly joined TotalKare back in 2005, originally as short term cover for someone else, and she has been part of the Service Department ever since!  Kelly primarily schedules work for TotalKare's field engineers in the London area, providing them with back office support as and when required.

Outside of work Kelly is kept busy looking after her young son and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sam Tilley

Sam Tilley - After Sales Controller

Sam has worked for TotalKare since 2010, starting her career as a business administration apprentice, dividing her time between the office and college.  Upon completion of her studies, Sam was taken on full-time and joined the Service Department where she is now responsible for the scheduling of our field engineers.

In her spare time Sam enjoys keeping fit at the gym and is also partial to the odd cocktail or two on a night out! 

Beth Dunn of TotalKare

Beth Dunn - After Sales Administrator

Beth joined TotalKare midway through 2018 and supports the Service team in scheduling work for TotalKare’s field service engineers based in and around the London area, whilst dealing with customers daily and having the opportunity to sell service contracts.

Away from the office she enjoys keeping fit at the gym and socialising with friends.
