Administrator Beth trades training for TotalKare

TotalKare is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth Dunn in the role of Aftersales Administrator.

Beth joins the TotalKare team after working as an administrator at a training provider for young people in Netherton and brings her experience in managing data and client liaison to her new role.

Confident and determined, Beth will support the Service team in scheduling work for TotalKare’s field service engineers based in and around the London area, whilst dealing with customers daily and having the opportunity to sell service contracts.

Hard work ethic

“We were recommended Beth on account of her incredibly high organisational and administrative capabilities,” commented Aftersales Supervisor Sinead Farnan, “Her confidence and hard work ethic came across very strongly throughout the entire interview process.”

Whilst settling into her new role, Beth will develop skills in managing client data and booking in service repairs and maintenance.  Beth added: “I manage my time well and am well accustomed to handling client portfolios, but am keen to learn and develop in this new role to add value to TotalKare’s Service team.  I can’t wait to get started!”

Outside of work, Beth enjoys going to her local gym to take part in fitness classes and spends time socialising with her friends over a drink or two!
