Jack Whitehouse of TotalKare

Jack Whitehouse - Technical Manager

Jack studied engineering at college before joining TotalKare in 2013 as a factory apprentice. He has since demonstrated valuable skills and vast technical knowledge, progressing within TotalKare to his current role as Technical Manager. Jack has the responsibility of training and assessing the Company's field engineers in the competencies required to successfully carry out servicing and repairs on-site for clients.  As such, Jack is the 'go-to' man for our engineers when they are in need of technical advice and/or support on site.

In his spare time, you can find Jack tinkering with his car or enjoying good food and drink with friends.

Mark Lory of TotalKare

Mark Lory - Field Service Engineer

Mark started his career at TotalKare as a service engineer back in 2008. He can usually be found driving around in the scenic West Country and dealing with longstanding customers. One of Mark’s highlights has been when his Channel Islands customer bought two brand new additional sets of lifts and told him it was down to the consistent service they were receiving. It stuck with him because they hadn't really said much before!

David Georgiou of TotalKare

David Georgiou - Field Service Engineer

David has been at TotalKare since 1999 and has not looked back since!  He enjoys working on his own, making decisions and problem solving from day to day.  David’s advice for aspiring engineers is to do an apprenticeship or engineering course at college, but don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty with grease!

David Edge - Field Service Engineer

David started his journey with TotalKare in 2010 and boasts considerable knowledge and expertise in servicing mobile column lifts. His advice to aspiring engineers is to start early and gain industry experience which will stand you in good stead for the future. Outside of work, you can find David spending quality time with his family.

Tony Harnett of TotalKare

Tony Harnett - Field Service Engineer

Tony joined the TotalKare team in 2014 and enjoys the diversity of life out on the road and getting to grips with different service breakdowns. Before life as a service engineer, Tony was a keen DJ for 27 years, playing at weddings and even built his own sound system! If he isn’t testing out mobile column lifts, you can find Tony watching movies or fishing in his local spot.

One of our longest serving engineers, Tony celebrated the achievement of 20 years' service in 2018. The most important piece of advice Tony gives is to always be yourself and enjoy the process of working hard - the rewards will come! Outside of work you can find him being a daring motorcyclist and spending time with his grandchildren.

Peter Elston of TotalKare

Peter Elston - Field Service Engineer

Peter joined TotalKare in 2002 with a varied knowledge of engineer servicing.  Whilst at work, he enjoys teaching new apprentices and looking after a variety of clients across the country.  As well as trips abroad in Germany and Italy, a highlight for Peter was a military contract where he had the opportunity to work in the Falklands!  Peter loves the outdoors and can often be found walking and attending the Cosford Air Show.

Stuart Hall - Field Service Engineer

Stuart has worked for TotalKare since 2013 and is very experienced in servicing and repairs. Whilst experiencing different sites and challenges at work, Stuart loves to enjoy the attractive sites of Scotland when the job arises and travelling around the country. His interest in engineering was sparked at a young age which he then pursued through college where he undertook advanced training. When Stuart isn’t servicing lifts, he likes to spend time with his young son.  He is also a member of Carlisle Reivers cycling club.

Ian Jackson of TotalKare

Ian Jackson - Field Service Engineer

Joining the TotalKare family in 2017, Ian has proven to be a brilliant asset by repairing lifts and forging solid customer relationships out on the road.  He says it's a great industry to work your way up in, provided you're willing to work hard and embrace the challenge of engineering! When he isn’t servicing a set of lifts, Ian can be found at his local 5am boxercise class or spending quality family time with his children.

Abdul Jalloh - Field Service Engineer

Abdul started with TotalKare in 2018, however his work history has not always been servicing! Back in his university days Abdul studied Fine Art, but he soon realised his talents lay in engineering after being introduced to the industry by a friend.  When Abdul isn’t out on the road, he is a keen basketballer and enjoys snapping up the latest video games!

Ryan Skinner of TotalKare

Ryan Skinner - Field Service Engineer

Before working at TotalKare, Ryan had been studying Business & Media at Halesowen College but before realising he was more of a hands-on person, prompting him to undertake an engineering apprenticeship.  He enjoys seeing places he usually might not visit when he is out on the road maintaining our vehicle lifts! When he isn’t at work, you can catch Ryan watching Netflix or riding his pit bike with friends.

Matthew Jackson of TotalKare

Matthew Jackson - Field Service Engineer

Matt spent more than 25 years as an electrical engineer before bringing his technical know-how to service engineering with TotalKare.  Whilst relishing new challenges out on the road, Matt highlights that a good team morale is vital to achieving success, and advises any aspiring engineers to undertake an apprenticeship and get as much experience as possible in order to become an expert.  Away from the tools, Matt is quite the keen sportsman - in his spare time, he manages Sheffield United Ladies football team, and when he's not doing that he enjoys the odd game of badminton when time allows!

Jake Ashton of TotalKare

Jake Ashton - Field Service Engineer

Jake is an ex Royal Air Force engineer who has worked on the mighty Hercules C130J, part of the transport fleet of aircraft based at RAF Brize Norton, and joined TotalKare at the end of 2018. He enjoys being out on the road as a TotalKare engineer because he likes meeting new people and visiting different places. He has an interest in motorbikes, and in his spare time enjoys riding, fixing and cleaning them.
